What Makes People Stand Out from the Rest

People will work for a living but die for recognition. Doesn’t it mean everyone thrive consciously to stand out from the rest?

Some try to be like others.

Some adopt traits from others.

Some stay unique in their passion, intending to stand out.

It doesn’t mean everyone is not successful in their attempt to stand out. Standing out means creating an impression of yourself in the minds of others. It is nothing but creating different versions of yourself.

Sometimes you get success as the outcome is what you desire. — People get the impression as you intend them to get.

Sometimes you fail as they take it otherwise.

In both cases, it is not due to the audiences. But because of you. — Yes, you either make it or break it. Even if you fail to create the impact you expected, it’s not your fault. — Because we are humans, and we have our voids. And we only take our lessons and evolve when it is the right time.

Even if you want to transfer about yourself as a bad guy, this post is not against you. — Because it is your choice.

And being bad doesn’t require any conscious effort and special training. So I assume you want to stand out in a positive sense and embrace life. — And I emphasised more on the same.

Let’s get into the topic. Yes, I went with the flow, and the length of the intro became long.

What Are Obstructing You From Getting the Result You Aspire?

Have you ever heard people saying, “he has talent but don’t know why he is struggling a lot?”

Doesn’t it mean there is a lot beyond talent which are essential for growth?

Today is the most memorable day in my life. I learnt few things essential to be a better human from a beautiful soul Gaurav Gurbaxani. And let’s not emphasise negative stuff. (many people are already doing it) — Instead, let’s focus on what we need.

Gaurav, aka the laziest digital marketer on earth, is a person who believes in a win-win situation. He always believes in offering value — immense value — first before you expect anything in return.

When you intend to offer value, you educate others. When you think more about how you can add value to others, you stop thinking about yourself.

And when you do that, you focus on creating win-win situations and get the rewards based on the impact you make.

Prior I used to think about myself more, and the results I got were little. When I changed the priority, the results took a diversion towards betterment.

Being an educator is one of the best things when it comes to adding value. And top successful people are always great educators. One of the qualities that people like the most in anyone is the down to earth nature.

It starts when you stop being arrogant. It allows you to focus on areas of improvement. It opens your mind to accept the critical feedback from your students, which helps you to grow.

I hope we covered the obstructions better. Did I wrong anything?

Final Thoughts

Talent determines what you are capable of achieving. But your virtues determine where you reach.

As Aristotle said, “There are certain traits that, when executed, make you a better person.”

As success demands becoming a better person, we knowingly or unknowingly focus on the same.

What do you think? Aren’t these qualities you like the most in others? Which kind of qualities make you glue with people? Let’s start a discussion in the comments below.
