You must be wondering with the same question.
Also, you know the reasons are open secrets.
As we know, success leaves clues.
But I would like to reiterate something that we know already.
Today, in the telegram app, I received a video from a Telugu movie Antariksham.
After watching that video, I felt like sharing my thoughts with you.
Here is that video
Also, you know the reasons are open secrets.
As we know success leaves clues.
If you don’t speak Telugu, here is the transcription for you.
This scene happens when school students go on an expo in a Space Centre.
When hero Varun Tej says about their current mission at that time, one student asks what if the mission fails?
As the student knows about kings, soldiers and wars, hero Varun Tej starts narrating this way:
“Soldiers never think about what they have to do if they lose in the war. They have to win for sure because they don’t have any other option than to win.
In the same way, we should never ask what if the mission fails. We have to only think about what to do to win. He also tells kids to remember that failure is not an option.”
I remember most of my friends always thinking about “what ifs”.
What if this may go wrong?
What if that may go wrong?
Because of that attitude, even if they step out of their comfort zone and do something new, the chances of failing are more.
Also, they won’t use their full potential because of having plan B. This results in having many hardships. And if they are not strong enough to face those hardships, they will give up.
It is when people fail. Because you always have a chance to change the story if you don’t give up.
This video also reminded me of a story in the book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.
That story is about Edwin C. Barnes who is an assistant to Thomas Edison.
“Edwin C. Barnes had a burning internal drive to go into business with America’s most famed inventor, Thomas Edison. He was lacking in a few areas though, he had no invention that he can pitch, no particular skills of use, and couldn’t scrape together the meagre amount of money it’d take to pay his rail fare to Orange, New Jersey.”

If you consider Edwin C. Barnes, he doesn’t have anything authority or notable works to work with Edison.
But he made a firm decision to work with Thomas Edison. So he did one thing which helped him accomplish what seems impossible for others.
Are you wondering about what he might have done?
He burnt the bridges, which means he didn’t keep any plan B.
You can read this particular part of the book by clicking on this link.
The end of the story is, whatever you do, go like a soldier. Then you won’t have any other choice but to win.
You can give this post a read to know how to shift your mind when things are not going in your way.
